China University of Geosciences(Beijing) is located onXueyuan Road, Haidian District, surrounded with many prestige universities, was found in 1952. It is a national key university under the administration of the Ministry of Education ofChina. For more than 60 years, a discipline layout with stress on geosciences, resources, environment, geological engineering, incorporating science, engineering, humanities, management, administration, economics, law has been formed in China University of Geosciences(Beijing). It became the Chinese Government Scholarship universities with the authorization of the Ministry of Education ofChinain March 2006. It can accept international students who get the Chinese Government Scholarship. The university offers 35 undergraduate programs and is authorized to confer Master’s degree in 118 specialities, PhD degree in 35 specialities, 3 postdoctoral research stations.
