IMS Scholarships Terms and Conditions

IMS Scholarships is operated by IMS HUB INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong ("IMS Hub", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the IMS Scholarships platform or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Overview

IMS Scholarships provides an AI-powered platform that connects students with global educational opportunities. Services may include:

• Personalized university, scholarship, and internship recommendations
• Application planning, management, and submission support
• Visa-document, medical-document, insurance, and verification support where offered

IMS Hub may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature, subject to applicable law and commitments already accepted for a paid service.

2. AI Services

Some IMS Scholarships features, including IMS Advisor, use artificial intelligence. When a feature is identified as AI, you are interacting with an automated AI system, not a human adviser or decision-maker.

• AI outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. They are provided for general information and planning, not as legal, immigration, financial, or professional admissions advice.
• Before acting, independently verify important admissions requirements, deadlines, fees and other financial information, scholarship terms, and visa or immigration information with the relevant university, scholarship provider, qualified professional, or government authority.
• IMS Hub does not guarantee admission, a scholarship or other funding, or any visa or immigration outcome.

3. Account Registration and Age

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your location, to create or use an IMS account.
• Connect is a separate adults-only community feature and is available only to users who are 18 or older.
• You must provide accurate and current information, including your legal date of birth, and must not misrepresent your age.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
• If you use Connect, you agree to the Community and Child Safety Standards published at https://imsscholarships.com/community-standards, including the prohibited-content, reporting, blocking, moderation, and child-safety rules described there.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• IMS Scholarships offers paid subscription plans. Payment details, billing cycles, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and applicable refund policies are disclosed at purchase.
• Premium Admissions is an optional human application service charged in two stages: a USD 300 application fee when you start and a USD 700 service fee only after you accept an admission offer. Any tax or payment-processing amount is disclosed before you confirm payment.
• Prices may vary due to currency exchange, taxes, or promotions. A price change does not alter a payment you already confirmed.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use IMS Scholarships only for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from uploading illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Respect intellectual-property and privacy rights of IMS Hub and third parties.
• Not disrupt, reverse-engineer, misuse, or compromise the platform.
• Provide third-party personal information only when you are authorized to do so.

6. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• You grant IMS Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, format, and disclose your content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the services you request.

7. Termination

• IMS Hub may suspend or terminate an account for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, safety risks, or legal requirements.
• You may terminate and delete your account at any time using the available account controls.
• Termination does not relieve either party from obligations accrued before termination, including lawful payment, refund, record-retention, or dispute obligations.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
• IMS Hub is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses to the extent such liability may lawfully be excluded.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Informal Resolution, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

• Before starting court proceedings, each party will first notify the other of the dispute and try in good faith to resolve it informally within a reasonable period. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or acting to preserve a legal right or limitation period.
• These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by Hong Kong law. This choice does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of your country or place of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Subject to those mandatory protections, the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services.

10. Changes to Terms

IMS Hub may update these Terms as its services or legal obligations change. We will provide notice and request renewed acceptance where required for a material change. A change does not retroactively alter a completed payment or an accepted service obligation.
