Anhui Jianzhu University

Founded in 1958 in Hefei, Anhui Jianzhu University is a public multidisciplinary university with a distinctive focus on architecture, civil engineering and the built environment. It is jointly supported by Anhui Province and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Its schools also cover materials, environmental engineering, management, computing, design and financial engineering, linking engineering study with urban development.

The official 2026 international prospectus offers seven Chinese-taught bachelor’s majors, including a five-year Architecture degree, and four English-taught master’s fields in civil, environmental, materials and safety engineering. Graduate research draws on laboratories and industry-facing work in construction and environmental technology. The brochure sets out a single June deadline, published tuition and housing rates, and three named university scholarship opportunities.
