Changchun University

Changchun University is a comprehensive university in Changchun, Jilin Province. Its international education college publishes dedicated undergraduate and postgraduate catalogues for overseas applicants rather than treating the domestic subject list as an international admissions offer. The published international portfolio combines engineering, computing, agriculture, management, languages, education and creative disciplines. Programme teaching and specialist assessment take place within the relevant academic schools, while the international education college coordinates applications and overseas student support.

The 2026 international catalogues name 36 undergraduate routes and24 Master’s routes, with a teaching-language label, normal duration and annual tuition for each. Most are Chinese-taught, while selected business and finance subjects carry a Chinese/English label whose class allocation should be confirmed with the university. The university also administers a CSC high-level postgraduate route, which requires separate applications through CSC and the university and involves academic review and an interview or written assessment. Scholarship requirements and benefits are kept separate from the ordinary self-funded programme tariffs.
