Dalian University of Technology (DUT) is a major national key university in the coastal city of Dalian, northeastern China, directly administered by China’s Ministry of Education and supported as part of the “211 Project,” “985 Project,” and designated a Category-A “Double First-Class” university aimed at world-class status.
