Guizhou Polytechnic of Construction

Guizhou Polytechnic of Construction is a public higher vocational college under the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education. Its history began in 1979 as a building-materials school, and it adopted its present name in 2014. Based in Qingzhen near Guiyang, the college organizes applied training around construction, urban systems, building equipment, new materials, digital design and safety technology.

The college reports 25 majors across its domestic vocational offering and maintains practical facilities for intelligent construction, building information modeling, engineering surveying and materials. Its published 2026 international intake is narrower: a one-year Chinese language and culture program associated with Construction Engineering Technology. Students who complete the teaching plan and final assessment receive a language-program certificate; this is not described as a diploma or degree in the 2026 guide.
