Henan University of Urban Construction

Founded in 1983, Henan University of Urban Construction is a provincial university in Pingdingshan with a distinctive focus on the built environment. It combines engineering with management, science, law, economics, arts and agriculture. Its schools cover civil and intelligent construction, municipal and environmental engineering, planning and architecture, energy, geospatial information and computing.

Its 2026 international prospectus publishes a focused degree intake rather than its entire domestic catalog: two bachelor’s majors and three professional master’s subjects. Computer Science and Technology and all three graduate subjects use Chinese and English, while Marketing is Chinese-taught. The prospectus gives program-level study duration and tuition, a March-to-July application window, a shared-room accommodation charge and two scholarship paths for eligible students.
