Huai'an University

Huai'an University, formerly Huaiyin Institute of Technology, is a public applied university in the historic city of Huai'an, Jiangsu Province. Founded in 1958, it is a master's degree-granting institution and a designated builder of a first-class applied undergraduate university in Jiangsu. Its teaching and research combine engineering, agriculture, business and social services; the campus serves more than 24,000 full-time students and maintains international partnerships across 22 countries and regions.

The university has educated international students through its International Education College since 2016. Its 2026 guides name one general-entry English-taught bachelor’s major, fourteen master’s research directions, and three additional bachelor’s majors in the Zheng He College pathway restricted to Thai applicants. The bachelor’s courses normally take four years and the master’s courses three. Applicants use the university’s online international portal by June 30, with fees and scholarship support published separately for the bachelor’s, master’s and Zheng He College routes.
