Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology

Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology is a public applied-sciences institution in Benxi, Liaoning Province, serving the region’s industrial and technology sectors. Its teaching and research cover mechanical engineering, civil engineering, information technology, electrical systems, and emerging artificial intelligence. International education has been part of the institution’s development since the 2000s, with degree and language-learning routes.

The latest published international fee schedule names five four-year bachelor’s majors, expanding the older three-major English-language degree page to include Artificial Intelligence and Electrical Engineering and Automation. The institute offers single and shared accommodation and describes a separate international undergraduate scholarship. Degree applicants should use the official admissions page to submit academic transcripts, passport materials, language evidence, and medical documentation; the published material does not show a master’s or doctoral international intake.
