Sanya University

Sanya University is a comprehensive private university in the tropical coastal city of Sanya, Hainan Province, and is part of Geely Education. Its campus occupies roughly 3,000 mu around the Luobidong cultural landscape. The university offers bachelor’s and master’s education across law, literature, economics, management, engineering, science, agriculture and education, and reports an enrollment of around 25,000 students.

The 2026–2027 international admissions catalog publishes 51 bachelor’s routes and ten professional master’s routes. The degree options span finance and business, tourism and hospitality, health sciences, languages, intelligent vehicles, computing, design and the performing arts. All listed international degree programs are taught in Chinese; applicants need HSK Level 4 for a bachelor’s program and HSK Level 5 for a master’s program. The university has one Hainan provincial scholarship place in this intake.
