Shaanxi College of Finance and Economics

Shaanxi College of Finance and Economics is a public vocational institution in Xianyang, near Xi’an and Xi’an Xianyang International Airport. It specializes in applied finance, accounting, commerce and technology education. The college reports about 17,000 students and mainly delivers three-year diploma programs; it is also a provincial demonstration vocational college and a participant in Shaanxi’s high-level vocational education initiative.

The college’s 2026 international degree brochure identifies four three-year, Chinese-taught diplomas: Big Data and Accounting, Artificial Intelligence Technology Application, Electronic Commerce, and Financial Services and Management. Students receive vocational instruction alongside Chinese-language courses and can earn the recognized higher-education diploma after meeting graduation requirements. The college also offers a separate one-year Chinese-language study route for students preparing for further study.
