Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology

Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology was founded in 1978 and is overseen by Shandong’s departments of industry and information technology and education. Its Fuyanshan and Binhai campuses deliver applied training in manufacturing, vehicles, textiles and clothing, construction, biotechnology, information engineering, media design and business. It became a national demonstration higher vocational college in 2008 and joined the national high-quality and Double High development programs in 2019.

The college has built international training and exchange links, including an East Africa college and a Vietnam training center, and has taught students from dozens of countries. Its international admissions brochure identifies five Chinese-taught three-year diploma majors and two additional bilingual major routes. The Chinese-taught track requires HSK Level 4; English proficiency is required where English is used. The current published fee schedule starts from spring 2025 and includes an accommodation-offset scholarship for eligible students.
