Overview

Shenzhen MSU-BIT University is a public Sino-Russian cooperative institution founded by the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, Lomonosov Moscow State University, and Beijing Institute of Technology. Located in Shenzhen’s Dayun university district, it brings Russian and Chinese academic traditions together in science, engineering, economics, languages, management, and the arts. Some undergraduate pathways confer registration or degrees through both partner institutions, while others are SMBU degree programs.

Its 2026 international undergraduate guide lists Russian-, English-, and Chinese-taught routes, including mathematics and computing, biology, chemistry, materials, economics, engineering, Chinese language, and the arts. The 2026 master’s prospectus separately lists 18 specialized programs, most involving an academic period at Moscow State University. Applicants use the official international service system and should check the distinct bachelor’s and master’s application rounds, language requirements, and entrance examination arrangements.
