Overview
Established in 1907, Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture is a provincial public college with a long tradition in horticultural and landscape vocational education. Its three Suzhou campuses include teaching units for horticulture, landscape engineering, smart agriculture, environment, food science, economics and management. The college reports more than 11,000 full-time students and over 700 staff.
Suzhou’s historic urban landscape gives students a setting for applied study in gardens, horticulture and agricultural technology. The 2026 international brochure limits diploma admission to four three-year majors, all taught in Chinese and English: Garden Technology, Horticultural Technology, Cross-border Electronic Commerce, and Smart Agricultural Technology and Equipment. The college combines practical coursework with its campus facilities and offers annual applications for government and college-level financial support.
