Universitas Islam Malang

Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA) is a private university in Malang, East Java, with teaching and research grounded in an Islamic academic setting. Its faculties and postgraduate activity cover education, law, economics and business, engineering, agriculture, health and related disciplines. The university’s international office coordinates overseas partnerships and admissions opportunities for foreign students.

The official 2026 KNB annex lists seventeen UNISMA bachelor’s and master’s programs for applicants from eligible developing countries. Recipients complete Indonesian-language preparation before regular degree study under the government scholarship. UNISMA has also publicized a university international scholarship in an earlier academic cycle; because its renewal and terms for the current cycle were not confirmed, this profile describes only the verified 2026 KNB award.
