Universitas Siliwangi

Universitas Siliwangi (Unsil) is a university in Tasikmalaya, West Java, founded in 1978 and converted into a public institution in 2014. It serves its region through education, research and community service, with academic activity in education, economics, agriculture, engineering, health, social sciences and postgraduate study.

Unsil is a participating university in the Indonesian government’s 2026 KNB scholarship. The current national annex lists two bachelor’s programs and one master’s program for that route, and the university reported welcoming KNB international students in 2026. These students complete Indonesian-language preparation before regular degree study; the university’s older KNB page should not be used to infer a newer application window.
