The University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) is one of the nation’s most prestigious universities, renowned globally for its excellence in science and innovation. Founded in 1958 in Beijing by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), USTC was established as a strategic initiative by the Chinese government to advance the country’s scientific and technological development and strengthen its global competitiveness.
