Xi’an Peihua University

Xi’an Peihua University is a private undergraduate institution in Xi’an whose history dates to 1928. Its international exchange centre provides Chinese-language education and cross-cultural support for students from abroad, alongside the wider university’s academic activity. The university lists Chang’an and Gaoxin campus addresses, while its 2026 international language preparatory notice describes a dedicated teaching and student-support arrangement for foreign applicants.

The international language preparatory project combines structured Chinese study, cultural learning and preparation for subsequent academic or professional development. Beginners normally study for one academic year, with a shorter semester route available after HSK 3 and an entrance assessment. The published service package includes tutoring, adjustment support, cultural visits and assistance with registration, banking, insurance and residence formalities. A first-cohort 2026–2027 scholarship can reimburse the one-year tuition through monthly payments, subject to attendance, conduct and continuing assessment; it does not remove the initial tuition payment or cover other charges.
