Overview
Yibin University is a provincial public university in Yibin, Sichuan, the city where the Min and Jinsha rivers meet to form the Yangtze. Its Jiangbei and Lingang campuses serve more than 26,000 full-time students across 14 colleges and two faculties. The university links applied degree study with regional strengths in agriculture, trade and Chinese-language education and has expanded academic cooperation with institutions in Africa and Southeast Asia.
Its official 2026 international brochure names three Chinese-taught, four-year bachelor’s degrees: International Economics and Trade, Agronomy and International Chinese Language Education. The last of these recruits only at the university’s Luang Namtha campus in Laos, so applicants seeking to study physically in Yibin should select one of the first two majors. The guide sets annual tuition and housing, a July deadline, and three distinct scholarship routes with published award values.
